We may also disclose your personal information:
We may be required to disclose personal information,
as well as information collected via cookies or web beacons as described below,
in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, regulation, and other
legal action, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to do so to protect Website
Owner, its customers, or the public.

Owner uses “cookies” to remember user preferences and to maximize the
performance of our website and services.
This information may include your IP address, your browser type and language,
access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously

Through the use of a cookie, we may automatically collect information about
your online activity on our site, such as the web pages you visit, the links
you click, and the searches you conduct on our site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you
can usually modify your browser setting to refuse cookies or to
alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, some
parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
We may
use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons and other similar
technologies, to track your use of our site. We also may include web beacons in
advertisements or promotional or other email messages, or to determine whether
messages have been opened and acted upon. The information we obtain in this
manner enables us to customize the services we offer our website visitors to
deliver targeted advertisements and to measure the overall effectiveness of our
online advertising, content, programming, or other activities.
Third-Party Sites. There
may be links on our Site that would link you to third-party sites. Clicking on those links or enabling those
connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do
not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their
privacy statements. These third-party
websites may independently solicit and collect personal and non-identifying
information from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about
your activities on those sites. When you leave our website, we encourage
you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
Outside the United States. This
Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on our Site from
residents of the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the
United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to,
stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and
our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the
United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in
your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure
that your privacy is protected. By using our services, you understand that your
information may be transferred to those third parties with whom we share it as
described in this Privacy Policy.
Protect Your Information. Website
Owner is committed to keeping the data you provide us secure and will take
reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse,
unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We have put in place
appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being
accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or
disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those
employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business
need to know. They are required to process your personal data for specified
purposes and on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of
confidentiality. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or
merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may
use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.
We have
put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and
will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally
required to do so.
Data
Retention. We will only retain your personal data for as long as
reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for
the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, contractual, tax, accounting
or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period
in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of
litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for
personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal
data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your
personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether
we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal,
regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
